On April 24, 2016, a small group of families participated in a trail clean-up at Perry Park. The event was sponsored by Little Helping hands, a non-profit that offers hands-on volunteer opportunities in the Austin community to educate young children about the value of community service.
The volunteers trimmed and weeded the nature trail near the Learning Circle and moved a pile of gravel to one of the fitness stations.
